I also attend Supervision for 1.5 hours each month. This gives me the opportunity to utilise the knowledge of a counsellor who has different experience to myself.

Every counsellor/supervisor, must have their own supervision sessions to be fit to work with clients.

These sessions are confidential. No details are shared which would make clients identifiable to others.

TESTIMONIALS

Jessie was my counsellor and really helped me break down my thoughts and ground myself when going through a toxic relationship. I'm so thankful for this service as it got me back up from a bad place I was in mentally when I first started. I cannot recommend this service enough and I am so happy and confident now.
